Noblema offers you paving stones known as “platines” made from antique Versailles sandstone and Lyon granite dating back to the 19th century. They come from pedestrian areas: sidewalks and surrounding areas, courtyards of Haussmann-style buildings, forecourts, etc. These recycled slabs have perfectly flat tops and are weathered by time, bringing the unique charm of the old to all types of outdoor and indoor landscaping.
In addition, recycled slabs provide comfortable walking thanks to their perfectly flat surface.
With a thickness of 7 to 12 cm, this paving stone remains suitable for light vehicles. Its regular, calibrated format with right angles also makes it much easier to lay in a straight line or diagonally.

Flat granite or sandstone paving stones
“Les platines” are perfectly flat, thin paving stones, hence the name “platine” (plate), used at the time for paving sidewalks and courtyards. These paving stones are made of Lyon granite or Versailles sandstone. They are flat and comfortable to walk on. They are mainly used for restaurant terraces, municipal sidewalks, courtyards in Haussmann-style buildings, gutters, cellars,… Platines are an aesthetic choice that will add elegance to a private driveway connecting a gate to an old house or a courtyard lined with flowers and shrubs.
